After fall in indices on Tuesday, market on Wednesday opened in green but they fell in red in next 30 minutes. However, the downfall was recovered shortly and both the indices are up around 1%.
One hour before closing of Wednesday, the SENSEX is up by about 436 points and the NIFTY is up by about 150 points. Top gainers in BSE are Cummins India Ltd (+13.38%), Torrent Power (11.96), PNB Housing Finance (+10.78%). Top losers in BSE are Navin Fluourine Int (-5.98%), Indian Energy Exchange (-5.18%), Vakrangee (-4.94%).
While in NSE, top gainers are Indiabulls Housing Finance (+7.85%), Tech Mahindra Ltd(6.59), HDFC (+4.79%). The losers in the NSE are Tata Steel (-3.16%), Coal India (-3.06%), Hindalco Inds (-2.61%).
IT and Tech, Consumer Durable sectors are up today. The same sectors were up on Tuesday also. Today, Sonata Software Ltd (+8.36%), Mindtree Ltd (+7.37%), L&T Infotech (+5.03%) dragged the IT sector up by 3.36%. Similarly, PC Jeweller (+7.67%), Voltas Ltd (4.46), Crompton Greaves Cons. Elec. Ltd (+3.34) dragged the CD sector up by 1.97%
Unlike IT and CDs, Metal shares are fade today and Hindalco (-2.10), Tata Steel (2.67), National Aluminium (-1.96) dragging this sector down by 1.65%
