About Link Intime India Private Limited

Initially, it was a joint venture, named Intime Spectrum, between Spectrum Corporate Services and Intime Share Services Pvt Ltd, both engaged in corporate registry services before joining hands together. In 2008, the Australian global registry company Link Market Services Private Limited acquired the 51% stake in Intime Spectrum. In the year 2009, the name of the company was changed to Link Intime India Private Limited. It gained most popularity when it handled the largest ever IPO of Coal India in the year 2010. 

The company has a global presence in many countries. It also has a pan India presence and it operates in India through its offices situated in Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad etc.
