IIFL Mutual Fund is launching a new fund offer named ‘IIFL Flexicap Fund’, An open -ended dynamic equity scheme investing across large cap, mid cap and small cap stocks. The Scheme seeks to collect a minimum target amount of Rs. 10 Crore during the NFO period. The NFO will be open for subscription from May 8th, 2023 and will end on May 22nd, 2023.
The Schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase from June 1st, 2023. Subscriptions can be made starting at Rs. 1,000 and in multiples of Rs. 1/-. Both a Regular Plan and a Direct Plan are available where each plan offers Growth as well as Payout of Income Distribution cum Capital withdrawal Option (IDCW).

Long-term capital appreciation is the goal of the scheme’s investments, which will be pursued through a broad allocation to equities and equity-related assets across market capitalization ranges and a smaller allocation to debt and money market instruments.

How Will the Scheme Allocate Its Asset
- 65-100% in Equity or Equity Related Instruments Across market capitalization.
- 0-35% in Debt Securities and Money Market Instruments.
- 0-10% in Listed Preference Shares.
- 0-10% in Units issued by REITs and Invits.
Where Will the Scheme Invest?
- The scheme shall invest into equities and equities related instruments as per limit specified in the asset allocations subject to permissible limits laid under SEBI (MF)regulations.
- The Scheme may also invest in debt and money market instruments, in compliance with Regulations to meet liquidity requirements. The scheme may also invest in liquid schemes of IIFL Mutual Fund or other schemes which have an objective to invest in debt and money market instruments.
- Derivative positions for other than hedging purposes shall not exceed 50% of total assets (45% exposure towards equity and 5% towards debt).
- The Investment Manager endeavors to invest in REITS/InvITs, where adequate due diligence and research has been performed by the Investment Manager.
- The scheme shall invest into listed preference shares as per limit specified in the asset allocation table subject to permissible limits laid under SEBI (MF) regulations.
