Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund is launching a new fund offer named ‘Baroda BNP Paribas Value Fund’, An open ended equity scheme following a value investment strategy. The NFO will be open for subscription from May 17th, 2023 and will end on May 31th, 2023.
The Schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within 5 Business days from the date of Allotment. Subscriptions can be made starting at Rs. 5,000 and in multiples of Rs. 1/-. Both a Regular Plan and a Direct Plan are available where each plan offers Growth as well as Payout of Income Distribution cum Capital withdrawal Option (IDCW).

The Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund is owned equally by the Bank of Baroda (50.1% ownership) and BNP Paribas Asset Management Asia Ltd (49.9% ownership). On Thursday, October 11, 2019, both firms legally committed to merging their Asset Management and Trustee Companies in India. After obtaining the necessary permits from the relevant authorities, the merger became effective on March 14, 2022. As of now, they have agents in 90 different Indian cities. The partnership also provides advice to companies based abroad. As of the 28th of February, 2023, the firm’s AUM was Rs 24408.38 Crores.
