Bajaj Finserv, which announced the launch of its mutual fund (MF) business recently is launching a new fund offering named “Bajaj Finserv Liquid Fund”, An open ended Liquid scheme with Relatively Low Interest Rate Risk and Moderate Credit Risk.
The NFO will be open for subscription from June 29th, and will end on July 3rd, 2023. Scheme will re-open for continuous Sale and Repurchase within 5 Business Days from the date of allotment of units under NFO. Subscriptions can be made starting at Rs. 1000 and and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereafter. Both a Regular Plan and a Direct Plan are available.

Bajaj Finserv, a well-known non-banking financial services company (NBFC), announced the debut of its new mutual fund business, dubbed ‘Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund’. The newly launched Bajaj Finserv AMC is a subsidiary of Bajaj Finserv, which is the holding company for many financial services firms under the Bajaj Group and is headquartered in Pune, India. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) approved Bajaj Finserv in March of this year.
Five new mutual funds have entered the industry since 2021, and Bajaj Finserv is one of the newly established fund companies in the Rs 40 trillion Indian mutual funds business. This new entry is the 43rd asset management business in the market, with about Rs 41.52 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM) as of April 2023.

The investment objective of the scheme is to provide a level of income consistent with the objectives of preservation of capital, lower risk and high liquidity through investments made primarily in money market and debt securities with maturity of up to 91 days only.

- 0-100% in Debt (including floating rate debt instruments) and money market instruments^.

- Securities created and issued by the Central and State Governments and/or repos/reverse repos in such Government Securities as may be permitted by RBI (including but not limited to coupon bearing bonds, zero coupon bonds and treasury bills).
- Securities guaranteed by the Central, State and local Governments (including but not limited to coupon bearing bonds, zero coupon bonds and treasury bills).
- Fixed Income Securities of domestic Government agencies and statutory bodies, which may or may not carry a Central/State Government guarantee
