360 ONE FlexiCap Fund – NFO Dates, Scheme Features

360 ONE Mutual Fund (formerly known as IIFL Mutual Fund) announced the launch of the “360 ONE Flexicap Fund”, an open-ended dynamic equity scheme investing across large-cap, mid-cap, and small-cap stocks. This Fund would follow the SCDV (Secular-Cyclical-Defensives-Value Traps) framework, which enables the Fund to invest across different market segments. It will adopt a “bottom-up stock selection approach, based on in-depth fundamental research to capitalize on opportunities.

The NFO is open for subscription from June 12th, and will end on June 26th, 2023. The Schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase on or before July 6th, 2023. Subscriptions can be made starting at Rs. 1,000 and in multiples of Rs. 1/-. Both a Regular Plan and a Direct Plan are available.

The investment objective of the scheme is to generate long-term capital appreciation by primarily investing in equity and equity-related securities across the entire market capitalization range and investing the remaining portion in debt and money market instruments. 

360 ONE FlexiCap Fund NFO – Who Can Invest?

This product is suitable for investors who are seeking*:

  • Capital appreciation over the long term.
  • Investment predominantly in equity and equity related Instruments across market capitalization.

How Will the Scheme Allocate Its Asset

  • 65-100% in Equity & Equity related instruments across market capitalization.
  • 0-10% in Listed Preference Shares 
  • 0-35% in Debt and Money Market instruments.
  • 0-10% in Units issued by REITs and InvITs

Where Will the Scheme Invest?

The Scheme may invest its funds in the following securities:

  • The scheme shall invest into equities and equities related instruments as per limit specified in the asset allocations subject to permissible limits laid under SEBI (MF) regulations.
  • The Scheme may also invest in debt and money market instruments, in compliance with Regulations to meet liquidity requirements. The scheme may also invest in liquid schemes of 360 ONE Mutual Fund (Formerly known as IIFL Mutual Fund) or other schemes which have an objective to invest in debt and money market instruments. Money Market Instruments include commercial papers, commercial bills, treasury bills, and Government securities having an unexpired maturity upto one year, call or notice money, certificate of deposit, usance bills, TREPs and any other like instruments as specified by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time.
  • Derivative positions for other than hedging purposes shall not exceed 50% of total assets (45% exposure towards equity and 5% towards debt). The Scheme may undertake Imperfect hedging in accordance with guidelines and limits prescribed by SEBI from time to time.
  • The Investment Manager endeavors to invest in REITS/InvITs, where adequate due diligence and research has been performed by the Investment Manager. The analysis will focus, amongst others, on the predictability and strength of cash flows, value of assets, capital structure, business prospects, policy environment, strength of management, responsiveness to business conditions, etc.
  • The scheme shall invest into listed preference shares as per limit specified in the asset allocation table subject to permissible limits laid under SEBI (MF) regulations.
